The Poor amount of Dissolved Oxygen could be from the fact that I pulled water from a pool area, where the water wasn't cascading over rocks thus incorporating oxygen into the water, instead it was very still.  However poor results on with any of the minerals would mean that it would be difficult to maintain a health plant life within the water or along the edges of the banks.  Excellent levels indicate that the ecosystem is thriving or has the ability to thrive due to having the ideal amounts of minerals.
